Transparency Report of TurkNet

This page is about our scorecard.It shows transparently our customer service performance and the state of our infrastructure. This transparency cannot be found often in our sector, it stays mostly within the company because sometimes you have a bad performance and get a bad score and nobody wants to show the bad performance. We decided to share openly our performance wether good or bad with our users and also with anyone considering to be a TurkNet user.We believe in transparency and openness. And we try to make our work better every day!
